Connecting to WiFi - Staff and Guests
Summary
In every DD&D office, there are two wireless networks: Donuts (for employees) and Coffee (for guests). Below are some guidelines for wireless network usage.
- Corporate-issued devices (such as your laptop) connect to the Donuts wifi network.
- Personally-owned computers and mobile devices, along with Visitors' devices connect to the Coffee network.
About the Coffee Network
Generally, the guest wireless password is posted inside each meeting room, and that's all you need. However, some offices (for example: Boston, Madison, London) have an updated network setup that opens a login portal when a device connects, similar to many hotel networks. When the portal opens, enter the following credentials to connect:
Username: camebyforcoffee
Password: Espr@ss0
Note: Guest network sessions expire after 4 hours. Users will need to select the network and sign in through the portal again as necessary. A timer is available on the launch page, and you will be warned via tray notification when 5 minutes remain. It's always a best practice to save your work early and often.
