Setting up your DD&D brokerage account

In preparation for activating your company sponsored DD&D brokerage account, we want to furnish you with the information you will need to access your grants and shares. In order to create your account, you will need the following information:

Legal Name
Social Security Number (US only)
Date of Birth
Home City
Home State (US only)
Employee ID (this will be distributed to you)

Please refer to the email you have received from DD&DStock@DD&D.donuts for account registration details and instructions. If you do not receive this information within 30 days of the start of your employment, please contact us at [e-mail] or submit the form on the employee portal.
